Processing Time

Please allow up to 4 business days for your custom items to be crafted before they are shipped. Items that are not made to order will generally ship the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. All packages are dispatched from Elk Grove, California.

Delivery Policy

Please note that I do not handle package delivery personally. As such, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless the issue is due to an error on my part.
