Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please note that you will not be eligible for a return after 15 days from the original date of purchase. Feel free to email us at orders@ohsillybaby.com if you have any questions regarding this policy. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping, and refund amount will be less original shipping cost.

For Custom Made Items

The customized and personalized items are made when you order them; therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded. If I have made an error on your product, please get in touch with me to discuss.
